• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
• During peak seasons, promotions, or high order volumes, processing times may be slightly delayed.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times:

• Malaysia: 3–7 business days
• International Orders: 7–21 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs, courier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and tracking link (if available).

International Shipping

We currently ship to selected countries worldwide. International customers are responsible for:

• Customs duties
• Import taxes
• Additional fees imposed by their country

These charges are not included in the product or shipping price.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses provided by customers.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the package with:

• Photos of the damaged item and packaging

We will review the issue and arrange a replacement or suitable resolution where applicable.
